Returns & Refunds Policy

At AC, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period, starting from the date your order is delivered.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use.

After approval, you will receive detailed return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bras, panties, shapewear, and underwear that have been opened or tried on;
  • Items purchased during sales, clearance events, or promotional offers;
  • Gift cards or store credits;
  • Limited edition or final sale items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size or product, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
